Returns, Refunds and Credits - As our browbands, canes and rugs are made to order all sales are final. No returns, refunds or credits will be given for incorrect size of browband, length of cane, wrong colour choice etc (or any other reason whatsoever). Please choose carefully to ensure that your browband, cane or rug is exactly what you are after. This also applies to pre-made browbands and canes.
When ordering/purchasing a browband from a photograph on this site please take into consideration that the resolution on everybody's computer is different so the colours may appear lighter or darker than what they actually are, the pictures are just a representation of the product and should be used only as a guide.
For faulty products please refer to the "guarantee" section of the terms and conditions.

Other Information - The diamante centrepieces pictured on the browbands are not always available so the centrepieces on your browband may be substituted for similar centrepieces of equal quality. If you have a certain preference for a particular style or colour of diamante centre please Contact Us before you order and we will advise if that style is available. Please note that some centrepieces cost extra if so we will advise you of this also.
Our browbands are made with medium/large sized rosettes but if you would like smaller rosettes/flags for smaller ponies then please contact us for details. We can also make larger rosettes/flags for larger horses.

Guarantee - Our browbands and canes are hand made so occasionally there are small faults but we do guarantee our browbands and canes against faulty workmanship. Misuse, normal wear and tear or age is not included. If you believe you have received a faulty browband or cane please contact us immediately. Returns must be received within 7 days, in original packaging and condition. If it is agreed that the browband or cane was faulty we do not do free remakes but we will rectify the problem on the existing browband or cane and post it back to you free of charge as soon as conveniently possible.

Cancellations / Changes - Once we have commenced production of your order it cannot be changed. If you wish to find out whether your browband or cane has been started then contact us by email or phone. Once we have begun your order we cannot except any changes or cancellations.

Care Of Browbands - To extend the life of your browband we recommend removing your browband from the bridle after each use. To store, lay the browband flat and keep in a dry place. It is also advisable to keep store it in a browband cover to keep your browband dust free and dry.
While riding out of the ring it is best to use a shower proof browband cover to keep your browband clean and protected from make-up and sweat stains.
To clean your browband, BEA recommends using 'Sard Wonder Soap', 'Vanish Preen Original' or similar with a damp cloth. Please do not immerse your browband in water as it may not come out the same way as it was prior to saturation. It can cause the dye in the ribbon to run into each other and will ruin your browband.
We do not scotch guard our browbands but you can do this yourself. Please do a test in an inconspicuous place as some brands cause the dye to run in the ribbon. No exchange, returns, refunds or credits will be given for browbands ruined by attempts to scotch guard/waterproof or clean.

Care Of Hacking Canes - To extend the life of your hacking cane we recommend storing it in a cane cover when not in use. Keep your cane away from sharp objects as they may pierce the protective coating that is put on all of our bamboo canes. Also, the leather on the canes comes pre-oiled but to ensure that it stays soft occasional oiling is recommended. Take care not to get oil or leather crème on the stitching of your cane.

Other items - Other items such as , Charles Owen Helmets, anything from the Carolyn Brace range and H-10 products. Will not be refunded, exchanged or replaced. They are items in which need to be purchased with care and Bedazzled Equestrian Accessories takes no responsibility for incorrect size, colour, model etc.

Lay-By Conditions - Bedazzled Equestrian Accessories offers a lay-by service for 2 months with a 20% deposit non refundable deposit. Any lay-bys that are cancelled will be refunded, excluding the 20% non-refundable deposit. For lay-bys that are not paid off in full within 2 months of the initial payment (deposit) being received, I will contact you and you will be given a further two working days to pay off the rest of the lay-by. If payment is still not received the lay-by will be terminated and no refunds or credits of any nature will be given.

Classifieds - Bedazzled Equestrian Accessories does not take any responsibility for the items or horses/ponies sold through our website. Also no responsibility will be taken for any damages, accidents or losses of any kind that may occur as a result of an item, horse or pony purchase via our classifieds.

Prices - Prices of any items on this site are subject to change without notices and although we update the site regularly we ask that you contact us and confirm the price of items or interest before ordering.
